Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity Ratings at CU

Despite the other rankings spam they’re still new so they’re bottom. As far as recolonization, the guys are decent but no where near top. Stay away until they throw at least a few times.

Anyone that's walked by Hillcrest and the two golden lions knows that SAE is a top tier fraternity. Sammy's only years of relevancy were when they rented out Hillcrest, and now that SAE is back with full recognition they'll be rising fast up the ranks and hosting some of the biggest parties the school has seen in years.

Newly back on campus and looking to do big things Have heard about some crazy events they have planned and coming off of stealing two guys from DU this looks like the next big southern house that can actually throw decent events (just look at their house) Helps that this house is traditionally top and has a super wealthy alumni that want to see them reclaim that spot Expect to be upper mid by the end of the year

Lots of potential for them this year. Traditionally top tier on campus, huge house, and stole guys from DU this past rush leads me to think this house is destined for big things if they can nail their landing.

SAE guys grind on GR so I'll set the record straight for those rushing in the future. Used to be top here when they were old SAE. Current house has 0 relation to those guys who were basically what Sig Chi is now. Will be interesting to see how they are in ~10 years but for right now not worth joining. Not in their house currently and even when they are next sem they have no sorority relations and a bunch of squids (typical of a refounding chapter). People say eventually they'll be good but basically they're no different from DKE (great house, top legacy, alumni, squiddy guys) which means they'll get nowhere soon. Will take a lot of work to get this house even to mid tier in the next 5 years, worth it to join a more established house.

SAE had another good rush, and definitely solidified itself among the top tier fraternities.

freshmen, PLEASE do not believe any reviews on SAE’s page. they just recolonized and are a group of maybe 20 weird ass kids who wouldn’t get into even a lower mid frat. no relations, no house, nothing. if you want to waste your entire college experience then this is the house for you!
