Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Low key house that is expanding pretty fast after almost dying a a few years back. Finally took a good pc after taking single digit PCs that past few years. Also, getting better mixers. Potential to get into mid with another good rush and an improved social calendar.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.4 They’re a nice group of guys. The house is nice but the brotherhood isn’t quite there. It’s a shame they wrecked that Lambo. They’re just there. And that’s just fine. If they improve their pc for the next few years they can get back up to speed.

Not even mid tier sororities know they exist. Could be a solid lower mid if they had mixers. Completely irrelevant, wait until they make a name for themselves before joining.
