Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.5 Most of the guys are pretty nice and don’t come on strong. They’re really sweet and have more class than some of the guys in the traditional ‘top houses’ at Cornell. I know they have a bigger PC this spring, but they really need to make a big statement with their parties and revamp their social calendar if they want to break out of the mid-tier.

Finally took a good pc after taking single digit PCs that past few years. Also, getting better mixers. Potential to get into mid with another good rush and an improved social calendar.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.4 They’re a nice group of guys. The house is nice but the brotherhood isn’t quite there. It’s a shame they wrecked that Lambo. They’re just there. And that’s just fine. If they improve their pc for the next few years they can get back up to speed.
