We all know you got chance too. ZBT will indubitably remain where they are after they finish celebrating the benefits that come with their newbie status. These guys are the kind of try hards who'd eat out every mid tier sorority girl just to lock in a seemingly solid mixer schedule to move up the tiers.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 These kids are a want-to-be frat. ZBT just came back to campus and the kids in their most recent pledge class only joined because they didn't get bids from any other houses. Some okay guys but they definitely are mostly creepy. ALmost all of their open parties are honestly not even fun.
