They straight up gave 30 kids bids this year, a bunch of whom were cut from "upper tier" houses 1st and 2nd round. They were desperate and it showed. This is after a pledge class last year of 5 kids who were originally bidded, and all of the rest being snap bids. This house is only relevant because of 3-4 cool kids in each pledge class that keep the image. Crazy how they're taken seriously

Solid chapter that balances fund with academics (top tier GPA). Incredible alumni roster who are actively supporting the house and the current students.

Smaller house, small brotherhood. Focused on live-in experience. Selective, but cool bunch of guys.

They are really preppy, smart kids who really don't know how to let loose and have a good time. A majority of the brothers are snobby elitists who think they are better than everyone. They are a top rated house because it's Cornell and they are stereotypical Ivy League guys. In reality their are a lot of weird guys and a select few normal and attractive ones who hold the house together

Fun smart and attractive. Great house, small numbers who live in most their time at Cornell. Great funded speakers program that brings famous people to campus for lecture and private discussions at house.

Top house still but definitely going down hill. Not that fun to be around them, the brothers are kind of dbags and not even that cool or attractive. Definitely one of the most overrated houses on campus with a brotherhood. A very diverse house that tries to hard. Don't recommend mixing with this house.

There are enough effeminate males at Cornell in each year's Rush to keep Sig Phi's count at the top tier level. A great house to catch up on daytime Soaps and the latest fashion of Ithaca commons. The only Cornell Chapter that can have a successful romantic party just between their members. Every campus has this type of Chapter.
