Easily confused with Alpha Delt, but the house is fresh, right on west next to Noyes. Guys are very wealthy. Their brotherhood has always been the smallest of the top houses, but lately IFC rush #s are down and now they're on par with everyone else.

Sociedaddd. Never seen a frat more down bad than these group of guys. They have fallen to unspeakable levels. Never seen a frat give out 10 bids to kids they met for a couple hours during rush week because they didn't have a class. And the one class carrying them (their seniors) has officially left the society. Bye Bye sociedad

They can’t even throw at their house anymore because then they get kicked off campus for 2 years if they’re caught 🤣🤣🤣 they’re so down bad and trying to play it cool

They used to be a real top-tier house but they have since slipped A LOT. Last year their rush chairs were crying to get more kids because everyone dipped and went to AD and Sig Phi ended up with a very small and bad class. It's a known thing. Then, they had to do well this year to stay alive but everyone who fit their identity (NY/Westchester/LI/CT) went AD or Sig Chi. So, they settled for a wide range of kids where some are cool, but many are creepy with whack international kids to try and be like AD. They lost their identity and it is looking horrible for them. Their seniors are amazing since that is the last of the top-tier reputation they had. Yet, Sig Phi is truly on a major downfall.

Now that Psi U is gone, Sig Phi is the true top house on campus. House is very nice and they always throw well funded events. Hardest frat to get a bid from.

Very much like AD, but the guys are classier and they have more exclusive parties. Don't know anyone here that didn't go to a New England boarding school. Nice squash court inside.
