Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Solid middle/upper middle tier frat that’s on the rise and stepping it up after getting off suspension a year ago. Helping to fill the void left by frats that were recently suspended/kicked off, along with other rising houses like Pike and Sammy. Possibly hurt by the fact that a lot of other frats don’t like them, but may continue to rise with good new PC.

Solid middle/upper middle tier frat that’s on the rise and stepping it up after getting off suspension a year ago. Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.7 Known for throwing open parties first semester, lots of freshmen end up thinking they're popular because of this. Usually ends up taking classes of undeservingly pompous guys because they think they're joining a top house when in reality all the quality rushes found better houses over the course of the first semester and rush week. Have been getting better and better PC's so they're definitely on the rebound, but people tend not to like them. There's a reason they only mix with lower tier sororitys and never get invited to multiways.
