The stereotype of tall, white, and wealthy is somewhat true but brotherhood is surprisingly diverse and strong. Wholesome guys who know how to have a good time.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 These guys are easily a top 4 house now: Sig Chi, Sig Phi, DU, and Sig Pi. They throw some of the best mixers and the guys actually take pride in staying fit and not being complete degenerates. Also, a lot of very smart dudes. Overall, a very strong and solid house that girls enjoy going to.

These guys are easily a top 4 house now: Sig Chi, Sig Phi, DU, and Sig Pi. They throw some of the best mixers and the guys actually take pride in staying fit and not being complete degenerates. Also, a lot of very smart dudes. Overall, a very strong and solid house that girls enjoy going to.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Upper-tier house that has been holding steady for a while. Come off as pretty douchey. Good location but an average physical house. White defines these guys. White house, white guys, white shoes, etc. You should rush this house if: you are 6’2”, white, and rich. Good looking too. Other: They basically have only 1 on 1 parties. Very well liked by girls, not so much by guys. Throw Oasis every year, which is one of the best parties on campus. Future Outlook: Will probably stay fairly steady, if they ever took some guys with personality, they might improve a bit.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Solid top 5 house...not considered elite but on par with du/phi psi. Good top tier sorority relations and guys are generally known for being good-looking but somewhat pretentious. Not as involved with big campus wide events...definitely on the rise from when they were kicked off though

Have pretty good sorority relations and some solid darties in their parking lot. Mostly boyfriend or douchey type guys really into finance and obsessed with their rooftop deck called the beach
