Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.0 Sigma Pi’s falloff from where they were 5 years ago needs to be studied. From the Fab 5 to barely relevant now, the last 3 PCs have been rough for them with no sign of the dropoff slowing down

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.4 Sig Pi is full of rich kids who are generally rude and not the most morally upstanding... (bidded a few very questionable kids last year). They mix alr, but have been deteriorating without their upperclassmen who kept them relevant.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Gave them a 5.0 because I do that with everyone but tbh this frat is...just a bunch of white sporty finance boys from the tri-state area (what a surprise!). They have a really cool patio that they call the beach and that's pretty unique. Have always had a lot of wealthy kids from private schools. I think they all had to just move out of their house temporarily though because of some permit/construction issue. Overall, this is a top frat with a great location and mixes very well so you don't have to worry about that stuff.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 They did an incredible job with their new pc!! Carter is the best man I’ve ever met in my entire life. No wonder everyone is in love with him! I heard he saved a litter of puppies from a burning building and he was hospitalized for two weeks! He now has to wear an eyepatch permanently but he says he’d do it again in a heartbeat.
