Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 SAE boasts the biggest party budget on campus and has been absolutely throwing down this semester. They also have 40 brothers which is impressive for only being back for a year. All in all good times and good guys, should expect them to take a 20+ PC and cement themselves as one of the top houses in the spring.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 SAE really shot onto the scene this year, with multiple campus-wide parties. All the C4 showed up and their rep is significantly better than it was at the end of last year. Would expect a big spring class, and should firmly be in upper tier by the end of the spring. Basically ChiPsi 2.0.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 the consensus is that they are the wealthy nice guys. somehow their parties have both C4s and random freshmen under the same roof, which is pretty funny.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.5 Just got back on campus and grind Greekrank which tells you a lot about a frat. Blows a ton of money on parties, but no one wants to interact with the brothers. They are just used for money and have no impact on greek life.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 It's hard to figure out who's been ripping on SAE the most. Feeling says the mid-tier, since SAE has almost immediately jumped to upper tier this year. They seem to be very similar to ChiPsi with hosting large scale events, also filling the void left by PhiPsi who used to be the big upper tier multiway frat. Been impressed with SAE so far. If they get a good spring rush, it will all but solidify them as a top ~7 frat.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Honestly, dont understand how the house is so controversial. Yeah, they are new back to campus, but for a new house they are doing really well with the mixers and high budget parties theyve been throwing. All the original brothers who caused the house to be kicked off are long gone, and the new people seem pretty chill. I'd say they host some of the larger parties on campus, and yeah you'll see some freshmen there but that's gonna happen in lots of places that aren't upper tier, which they definitely are not. You can't be new to campus and be an upper house. I do think though that they are in the process of building a good reputation, and the parties are usually a good time. have a great party space too, probably better than most houses on campus.
