Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 The new PC is entirely athletes, who are also mainly AEM students. If that isn't a top tier pool of dudes I don't know what is. Great re-start fellas.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 Underrated house. Pulled mainly athletes and AEM guys. Will undoubtedly be top tier after this year once they clear minimum brotherhood #s and have official mixers with DG (slated for this fall).

name one athlete u pulled. SAE is actually just a bunch of engineering nerds that didnt get c4 mid or lower mid bids

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Extremely selective frat. The alumni were heavily involved in rush and only bidded guys who fit the SAE vibe before the got kicked off. Anyone saying they bidded squids has never interacted with the frat, which is fair because SAE only plans on associating with the top houses and this site is run by mid tier geeds.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 Will be one of the top houses by the end of 2023. The founding class is all AEM athletes. They've historically been a top house and will undoubtably retake that position very soon. Super selective house, which is why the founding class was small. Alumni engagement has been very active thus far. Expect significant funds for parties this year.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Probably the most up in the air frat of the ones that came back to campus. Because they were gone for a full decade, there's absolutely none of the old brothers/culture left. In one way that's good, b/c they're far removed from the reverse pledging incident, but they also have the least infrastructure to work with. Still, SAE used to be a true top house, so the potential is obviously there. They'll need to take big fall and spring PCs this year, similar to what SigNu did. Unlikely that they'll get the sorority relations back (was basically AD's schedule of per C4), but if they can start mixing with some of the mids at least, that'd be a great first full year back.
