Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.5 These guys are always really fun to pull up on. House is a bit rough on the inside but its not really surprising considering the socials and mixers. Basement is ridiculous... straight club. Brothers are all homies and super chill. These boys will be elite soon.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.5 Didn’t rush well last year, lost kids to other mid houses (Pike, Phi Tau, PSK). Apparently they’re having money problems now too. Falling house at the bottom of mid tier. Need to do well this spring in rush to stay relevant.
