Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 Pikapp is one of my favorite houses at Cornell. Brothers are laid-back guys who are well-liked on campus.They have a unique vibe that lets them throw better open parties than almost all other houses on campus. They mix primarily with upper middle tier sororitys (Tri Delt, Pi Phi, SDT). Awesome physical house but really far out on north. Was known for a while as a white, republican frat but that seems to be changing. Their new PC is surprisingly good and the house seems to have a lot of potential to rise (if they’re not put back on sopro).

Constantly trying to be a top house when they are solidly middle tier, and it shows in their attitudes sometimes. Pretty lit open parties though and a nice house
