They've been throwing banger after banger including their Homecoming party. Look for these guys to have a good spring rush. If they do, Pi Kapp could go straight to upper-mid.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.5 Nice house and throw large opens that always get a huge group of people. Some of their brothers are down to earth, but the large majority are either creepy or have huge egos. Showed up to a party once right as it started, and the guys at door tried to stop us going in. Once they let us in, there were maybe 10 people there who weren't brothers. Cool your egos guys and people will enjoy their time at your parties more.

Nice house and throw large opens that always get a huge group of people. Some of their brothers are down to earth, but the large majority are either creepy or have huge egos. Showed up to a party once right as it started, and the guys at door tried to stop us going in. Once they let us in, there were maybe 10 people there who weren't brothers. Cool your egos guys and people will enjoy their time at your parties more.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Definitely middle tier but on the rise with their spring and fall pc. They love to rage and will always have a good time at their parties. I've had some of the most fun at their opens and it's actually really easy to talk to most of the guys, especially the younger ones, so their sorority relations should definitely be on the rise too. You can tell that they're all super close with each other and just want to get lit when they throw down. One of my faves :)

Definitely middle tier but on the rise with their spring and fall pc. They love to rage and will always have a good time at their parties. Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 One of the better houses on North. Great parties, especially opens. Their past few pcs have been really good. My sisters really like them, but I know they mix a lot with the upder mid sororitys... good overall group of boys.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 went to an open here the other night and was pleasantly surprised. some odd guys in their senior pledge class but i really like the guys in the new pc, even though some of them come off as a bit full of themselves. after they get rid of the seniors they will easily be an upper tier house.
