Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Seem to have some things going for them. Got solid fall and spring PCs, have a really tight-nit brotherhood, and can throw good parties. If they can solidify their relations more I can definitely see them going up.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 If we're being honest, this was a terrible rush cycle for Phi Delt. A lot of other lower tier houses did well, such as their neighbors Rockledge, and took good sized pledge classes. They still have a good physical house and some relations, so they'll look to rebound in the fall.

consistently? We all know you guys don’t throw often. And, opens are probably less safe than actual events where you know who’s coming so this makes no sense
