House is nice but rarely got used to its potential for parties. Atrendance at mixers is shot for both guys and girls. Doesn't belong at "top of bottom tier".

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.2 if you are looking for a more typical frat experience this house is not it. they claim they are middle tier but mixes with phi mu. they are bottom tier and do not have social presence. Not the best looking but nice guys.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.4 Phi Delt definitely has the most potential and best fraternity life of the lower tier to low-mid houses.always feel safe there and everyone is super friendly, and the brothers seem close. I'm happy to see them taking better pledge classes each rush week and I think they're pretty similar to Phi Tau at this point with the sorority relationships they've built with lower sororitys like my own😇 Nice guys, some attractive guys in their new classes, but generally people go there because the guys are well liked outside of GreekLife (not for looks) and the parties are fun :)

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 The guys are nice and attentive. Love partying and having fun, but they know how balance school and partying life well. Highest fraternity GPA. It is a strong upper-middle tier at the moment and on the rise for sure.
