Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.0 Barely mixes, and only does with PhiSigSig. Definitely does not mix with mid tier sororities, and they're falling hard. Resorts to hating on other houses on GR because they've been losing rushes.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Everyone’s saying they’re a rising house. Easily among the top physical houses on campus. They have mixers with a few of the mid tier sororities and have had strong pledge classes this fall and past spring.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.9 Just a house of good guys. Brothers are heavily involved on campus through club/project team leadership, SA, etc. and seem pretty close with each other. Not too much action here but occasionally they throw fun opens. Always unproblematic and an underrated house for sure
