Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Everyone’s saying they’re a rising house. Easily among the top physical houses on campus. They have mixers with a few of the mid tier sororities and have had strong pledge classes this fall and past spring.

Falling Lower house that grinds Greekrank everyday to make people think that they’re lowermid. Barely mixes and the only sorority relations that have is with the two bottom sororities (PhiMu & PhiSigSig). Brothers are heavily involved on campus through club/project team leadership, SA, etc. and seem pretty close with each other. Not too much action here but occasionally they throw fun opens. Always unproblematic and an underrated house for sure
