Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.7 Rising house. Originally lowermid but has been quickly improving and taking most rushes from other lowermid houses, such as PhiDelt. Very great brotherhood that throws extremely fun parties- mixes well. KS taking heat in the comments below from competition because KS is rising above them.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.7 They’re a chapter who cares about this campus while simultaneously having a lot of fun and a super underrated social life last year in CTown. Definitely don’t rule this house out, they’re on the rise after some issues with sorority relations over the past couple of years. Also heard a rumor that they’re making major house upgrades rn and just put in a new gym so new PCs should be getting better and better
