Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.4 Pretty garbage house with not so nice guys. Parties are ALWAYS bad.They let random kids play the music and have a bad party space. Their brotherhood in general is on its way out. It is pretty easy to say that they've dropped down to bottom tier.
