It's definitely an interesting time in greek life with all of the restarts. Lenroc has been doing a good job alongside Fiji and SAE and seems to be on the path of restoring what they were before getting kicked off. They seem to be attracting wealthier/international students. Heard they throw expensive brotherhood events and formals, don't believe they've formally mixed yet though.

Chill and into tradition. Good if you like an ivy league vibe and living in a cool house (it's some kind of federal landmark, whatever). Not good if you want a state school vibe and want to throw down hard and often. Supposedly they do amazing formals. No mixers yet tho.

They're having a good recolonization, have nice guys and minimal squids, and have one of the best physical houses. They're on the come-up. But I'm still giving them a big, juicy Bottom rating for rankings balance -- you gotta pay your dues for a while as a recently-back frat.

Lots of questions: How do they afford to own a goddamn stone mansion plus 4 or 5 acres of land? Why did Cornell let brothers keep living in the house for a couple YEARS during their suspension? How are they recruiting these solid classes during recolonization without spending tons of money on big parties and being so low-key? It’s all a little sus if you ask me.

There's no mystery here. The frat owns Llenroc because it's wealthy. Brothers got to keep living in the house during suspension because the frat owns the house and CU has no say in who can live there. They're doing okay in recruiting because alums have put a lot of time and money into it, and there's some luck involved too for sure.

llenroc's story is an example of the power of the oldest frats on campus. those frats tend to have loyal alums, a pool of money donated over generations, and aren't dependent on the university for housing.

Solid return to campus. Physical house is ridiculous and probably has a lot to do with it (and they're a little too proud of it living in it). Brothers are fairly involved, multiple club hockey kids, sprint football, Sun, project teams. Lotta diversity, a couple of legacies, chillers not ragers. Into putting on very classy formals, not that into opens and their basement party space is small. Huge yard for darties.

Mid. Maybe too generous. First party last night? It was decent, but not great. House is actually crazy though Did a haunted house event for halloween which was fun

Was just at their Homecoming formal. Great comeback so far. Brothers seem to be really involved in the re build, doesn’t seem like they took too many squids. Already throwing parties and getting social life back.
