The reality is that DU took a great PC and will continue to do so. They are the only core four to take transfers so it's become their thing to get the best talent. This sets them apart from the other C4s and will be the reason they pull away from the rest off C4

Never seen a frat fall faster. Out of core 4 at this point. Actually have no chill brothers and all are mentally challenged. Their social schedule is crumbling because everyone now knows their name means nothing. Officially becoming the next TDX with only guys on the football team. Still have big rush/social budgets due to them being owned by Cornell (endowment money) which is why they have huge rush dinners and rush events. Dont get trapped because if you are even remotely cool and somehow you end up there then they will place all the responsibility on your shoulders to pick them back up/replace their culture and it will not be fun. Also have horrendous pledging from what I have heard. DUmb for life

Despite what people might argue on greekrank, DU is still top tier and part of the core four (Sigma Chi, Sigma Phi Society, Alpha Delta Phi, and Delta Upsilon).

Let me break it down for you. These guys are smelly, degenerate, stupid, meatheads who are pretty much all on the football team with each pc maybe comprised of 80% football team and 20% freshman whack kids into the powder. The pledging is horrible. They are losing their relations extremely fast to the point houses like Chi Phi have better relations. Yes, DU used to be top tier and have great aphi relations. However, even aphi knows that is about to change very fast. The aphi sophomores and juniors have no relations with them. It's all the seniors who remembered the glory days. You go here, and your brain will rot and career aspirations plummet. And also all the girls may have you on the schedule (for now) but none will show up or just leave very fast.

Delusional house that thinks they're top solely cuz of old rep. Yes this house used to be the best house on campus but only graduating seniors and some juniors really know DU as that level of house. Recently multiple failed rushes in a row things are not looking good for this house. Even lost 2 guys to the SAE restart like cmon bro
