Really interesting house here. They host absolutely wild opens and mix way more than they used to. House is not upper tier by any means but is definitely continuing to rise each semester. Wonder how their spring pc will end up. They should also host way more opens.

Really chill house full of guys that aren't typically "frat", but still go hard. Kinda weak in terms of sorority relations but they are doing better than years previously. House looks like a dorm though so that's a little rough.

Nice location and seem like they are super close as a house. Lots of freshmen go to their opens but they basically don't have any mixers. House looks like a dorm. Anyone that thinks they are anything but bottom tier are self ranks or deluded.

Definitely climbing, but haven't quite managed to climb out of the bottom tier. Took a huge PC this spring and their opens have generally been lit, but their mixer schedule is still nonexistent. Lots of nerdy engineers but also some surprisingly attractive guys mixed in. All around nice, down to earth guys that know how to party, just can't really handle talking to girls that much

Decent brotherhood with a house kind of far for freshmen, which explains why their opens have ok but not great attendance. Run out of drinks like halfway thru parties which is a downside. Also music at parties isnt always party/dance music. However, the guys are pretty ok to be around and involved around campus, which is why you might recognize some of them going for the first time. New member classes are surprisingly large too for a lower tier frat, many of the guys are geeky in a fun way and make you feel welcome. Parties are fairly often come wintertime, and, when decently attended, are a lot of fun- the atmosphere is good despite being in what feels like a high school cafeteria. All in all decent brotherhood, and a fun place to be on a Saturday night.
