Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.9 type of guys who want everyone to think they’re “so frat” (hint:they are not). losing sorority relations this semester too. tend to get their PCs taken during rush week by better houses so guys are kinda random. but pledging is not that hard, and the physical house and location are solid too.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Had a bad rush. House is ok, kind of an odd shape. Overlooks the gorge which is cool, but their yard is almost unusable. Close to Lambda which is a plus.

They have a nice house but it’s filled with really weird kids who also seem to like living in triples. They’re barely hanging on to their mid tier status rn so have their brothers grind GR all day to try to elevate themselves. Frosh beware. I wish I had listened sooner
