Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Good fraternity with a bunch of studs. Took a relatively mixed class of PC, some good and some weird guys. But overall, in a good trajectory. They seem to grind GR a lot, but they are a good house with respectable social schedule

They lost all their top rushes to lambda/chi psi/DX. Mixing schedule has also been pretty whack as of late. They’re no way near C4 relations. Can definitely see pikapp overtaking them in the near future

From the GR face-off with Chi Psi a couple years to the current GR face-off with Lambda, this fraternity has been through it all. But on the real, good social life and most of the brothers ive met are chill. The GR grinders must be some outcasts in their house
