Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.8 Undoubtedly a top frat but shouldn't be that way based on how they act. The only reason they have such a nice house and are considered "top" is because they are all rich. There are some genuinely nice brothers who are fun to talk to but 75% of them are stuck-up rich kids with major superiority complexes. Almost never throw open parties, they prefer to just mix. There are better top frats to join where the brothers are actually chill while still knowing how to rage and mix well

Undoubtedly a top frat but shouldn't be that way based on how they act. The only reason they have such a nice house and are considered "top" is because they are all rich. Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Definitely one of the top houses on campus but it has its downsides. Best physical house on campus so its big parties are some of the best but smaller mixers are often boring because the brothers just get drunk on their own and dont socialize. Some really douchey pretty boys but for the most part a good looking and fun set of guys to be around.

Beautiful physical house, but an overwhelming majority of the guys are immature and very stuck up so a lot of people stay away. Very much so a daddy's money frat. Widely disliked by guys, and mixed reviews from girls (but they'll almost always go anyways if there's a mixer at their house).

Way too stuck up, in all honesty. if they get past that then they'll be better, but how likely is that? a girl can hope. still a top house but teetering.
