Losing their house at the end of the year bc Martha hates greek life and decided not to renew the AD land lease. Are considered among the top on campus bc of their amazing house, but if they do end up moving to the old Sammy dorm or old TEP house these guys will surely fall

Got a wack freshman PC full of phi psi, Sig chi, du, and even chi psi rejects. Considering the small size of DU’s PC and how chi psi is upper mid at best, the fact that they cut most of the ad kids before first contacts is saying something. Give it another year and AD is gonna be upper mid.

I’m a AD rush this semester and I’m not even gonna try to brag or anything. What I will do is say this: You do not have to submit tax returns. I got a bid and pledged and never once was asked to do this. You do not have to ruin a Rolex or buy plane tickets. The brothers have made this explicitly clear. About 2/3 the brothers are wealthy and the rest are not, including me. The house values diversity and has kids from all over the globe, which since Internationals cant get fin aid, makes the house inherently wealthy leaning. I’m not here to toot our own horn or diss anyone else. I just want to set the record straight that the people who say the above things are wrong. Peace

i dont get why people even think these guys are cool. they literally lose all their rushes and other frats will snap bids kids from their new pc and those kids will get up and leave no problem. tells you something about their brotherhood and reputation among upper houses. and dont even get me started about their tax returns

has declined to the bottom of the upper tier with bad PC’s the past 2 years and a lack of brotherhood...money can only get you so far. Lost almost all their rushes last year and snap bidded a ton of guys. About to fall to upper-mid if they keep this up.

I just think it’s hilarious that people actually think you have to submit tax returns. Like what? Really think about how that would be possible and how illegal that is. I feel bad because AD actually offers the most scholarship money on campus and rewards students 500$ for making deans list

Best house on campus by far

They have a lot of haters.. because they do stuff a lot better than most houses. I’ve gotten to spend a lot of time with them this year. I feel bad for them because they’re are so many false rumors about them like tax returns (which is illegal and not even possible) and watches (also fake.) Inskde the house you know how Strong the brotherhood is - they are always together during ever vacation break and have big brotherhood events that aren’t made public to rushes etc.
