Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 Probably the best house on campus post 2016 rush. They have been on the rise for the last couple years and got amazing 2015 and 2016 pledge classes. Kids are fun, hot, and amazing to mix with. Generally wealthy but most seem down to earth. Oh - and they have one of the nicest houses on campus. With Psi U on the rapid decline, it seems like it's a new era of top tier frats at Cornell.

Probably the best house on campus post 2016 rush. They have been on the rise for the last couple years and got amazing 2015 and 2016 pledge classes. Kids are fun, hot, and amazing to mix with. Generally wealthy but most seem down to earth. Oh - and they have one of the nicest houses on campus. With Psi U on the rapid decline, it seems like it's a new era of top tier frats at Cornell.

Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 These guys are an interesting bunch. Ostensibly nice but are each a bit douchey in their own respects. Some guys in the house are obsessed with status and wealth, but others are the exact opposite and care more about making friends and having a good time. One common thing about the boys is that they can all hold a convo and are somewhat attractive. Mixers can be a little boring. Great physical house.

Alpha Delta Phi - ΑΔΦ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.6 Alpha Delt is becoming one of the most relevant houses on campus as they're past 2 pledge classes have been very good and fun. Some of the older guys are a little weird but next year they should be on a very good track. I would say Adelt and Sig Chi are going to be running the scene soon.

They have great sorority relations, throw awesome parties, and living in arguably the nicest house on campus.
