Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.2 I've really enjoyed getting to know these guys more this semester. They're pretty much all super friendly, not pretentious, and seem to genuinely like each other. Obviously not "top tier" and probably barely middle, but I do think they're rising.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.8 Probably rising. Friendly guys. Close brotherhood. Fairly well known. Not the most attractive, but a decent amount of cute guys.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.4 Definitely one of the best "lower tier" houses at Cornell. They have a surprisingly good social calendar (still not as good as upper-middle tier houses, but much better than most other lower tier houses) and party pretty often. They're also very friendly guys and really involved in stuff on campus. Physical house is pretty meh, but definitely a solid house in most other ways. Seem to be on the rise, and I think that'll continue.
