The guys in the house are solid, if not really that interesting. The house is a husk of its former self. Its mediocrity becomes apparent when you realize that Rockledge has better mixers and they just came back.

while their dudes r nice and nerdy kids, that isnt gonna help them when they r pulling 1-2 pcs and on the verge of dying out completely and becoming more and more irrelevant by the day

Smaller house on North that had more popularity when they threw down, has decreased in size and influence in recent years. However, one of the more modern physical buildings on campus, and relatively outgoing brothers in the mixed bag, but a lack of sorority relations/ consistent mixing schedule hurts them. Brothers are fairly involved on campus. If you're looking for a smaller house with less of a focus on throwing down and more focus on brotherhood events look here, otherwise there's other options.

Self-rankers. Barely any brothers, and the ones they have are weird/creepy. No relations, no events, low involvement. Not relevant, not even close.

These guys don't throw often but when they do it's always a good time. Looking forward to coming back around in the fall.

Smaller house on north, with some cool dudes. Lot of ILRies and stem majors in the house, overall very cohesive brotherhood, enjoy each other's presence and host fun events (AEPisland last year was amazing). Couple geekier guys in the house but all very friendly and welcoming. All in all good place, check them out when people start having events again.

Good people, cool house, great parties last semester (when they could throw). Brothers are v involved. Small brotherhood but size don't matter they're chill and they dont have one of those vibes where each year is a completely different personality.

Small brotherhood, which hurts them, but really started picking up the pace with good events near end of spring. If they can maintain momentum going into fall they have a chance of saving their rep and pulling good fall/spring classes, as they have (some) growing sorority relations and guys who can throw the occasional decent party.
