Really surprised at how well they've been doing so far. Of course not having a house is their biggest disadvantage right now. It will be interesting to see how they do at rush.

Been falling for years now, you can tell they haven't been able to fill their pledge classes out. Feels like most of the kids are now sprint football players. Tend to lose a lot of head to head rush battles but still a good house. Not a great one.

Actually seem like they're friends and have a good time together unlike the top tiers. Obviously they're not alpha phi though and it seems like they're okay with that.
