Phi Delt has to be one of the hidden wonders on Cornell's campus. Though they may be a little low key (hence the hidden) on campus, the Phi Delt brotherhood is most definitely underrated. I went to one of their parties for the first time during fall 2012 semester and was surprised by the brothers' hospitality, great party atmosphere, etc. For all of those people who doubt their mixing prospects, one of my phi delt friends told me that their spring mixing schedule is almost packed.

i've got nothing against them. it's just unfortunate that they have trouble filling a pledge class, which really does affect their sisterhood and social events. the girls can be quite awkward.

AZD gets a lot of crap from all these houses and it's unfair. A house being in the bottom tier doesnt automatically make every girl in that house undesirable. There are a lot of pretty girls in AZD, some not so pretty, same as all the other houses in the top, middle, and other lower tier. These girls still know how to throw down and have fun. All these negative posts towards every house on this website is from some jealous girl trying to tear down said house. Leave these girls alone.
