Great group of trustworthy guys! Definitely on the rise with the recent campus kick-offs. they may not have been upper tier before but starting with PC '13 they're definitely going to be.

Their 2013 pledge class is way above their usual. Bringing them higher then the other middle tiers. Definitely on the rise with these girls. They like to have fun, work hard, and are sweet compared to every other house. Can't wait to see their next Pledge Classes

used to be good. now they're just average and the weakest of the core four... not even sure if they are core four anymore at the rate they're going. they have gotten nicer, though. or maybe they're just better at hiding it now.

Really nice guys, but the house is kind of nerdy. Not a lot of attractive brothers. They have a small house that is upstaged even more by Delta Chi's mansion.

Phi sig is a great house! They had a lot of parties and events Fall 2012, but they were put under probation for partying too much. They're currently renting their house out to randoms and because they weren't allowed to have a pc '13, they aren't that great. I LOVE THIS HOUSE and hope they come back soon!

Really nice guys. They treat girls the right way and make sure everyone has a good time - guys and girls. Not super fratty, very chill. House has a good party setup. Solidly middle tier for now.
