Solid upper middle tier house. Mostly made up of good looking athletic guys who like to party and have fun. I never get a creepy vibe from this house, and the guys are super friendly. My friends and I love this house. GREAT brotherhood too - they all have each other's backs.

Cute, but little presence on campus. Usually mixes with the same two middle tier frats. Known as fun but pretty ratchet - not so classy. On the decline and has just been coasting based on old reputations.

SDT is falling and falling fast. They still try to promote themselves as just under the core four, when in reality there's nothing that brings them up anymore. Less attractive girls, and almost no presence on campus. This house is known for it's terrible sisterhood and social-climbing attempts (that aren't working anymore and frankly are embarrassing).
