Definitely one of the best "lower tier" houses at Cornell. They have a surprisingly good social calendar (still not as good as upper-middle tier houses, but much better than most other lower tier houses) and party pretty often. They're also very friendly guys and really involved in stuff on campus. Physical house is pretty meh, but definitely a solid house in most other ways. Seem to be on the rise, and I think that'll continue.
