Used to be solid upper middle. Still some signs of that. But past two pledge classes have been a bunch of randos. This may give the likes of lambda sig ep fiji etc to take their spot. Time will tell, but gut feeling is next pledge class is make or break for all these houses

Some cool but some weird brothers. Had stepped it up in the past few years, but this years pledge class had many weird people. Usually a fun house for open parties. Getting competition from fiji and sig ep, who had better pledge classes and seem to be on the rise.
