Sammy is a chill house with cool brothers. Their seniors were slightly weighing them down in recent years, but the most recent pledge classes '16 '17 '18 are cool and very good looking. Their opens are raging, especially those thrown at their house. Definitely under-rated!

These kids are a want-to-be frat. ZBT just came back to campus and the kids in their most recent pledge class only joined because they didn't get bids from any other houses. Some okay guys but they definitely are mostly creepy. ALmost all of their open parties are honestly not even fun.
