Some of the girls are kind of (read:very) social climby. However, I know a lot of girls in the house who are super sweet and genuine. They also seem to like each other for the most part. Another thing: a decent amount are freak-in-the-sheets kind of nuts.

They're low key fun to mix with, and there are a lot of nice girls in PM. Also, as much as people like to rag on them about looks (see: "phi moo") there are actually a lot of attractive girls here. The only big downside is the lack of a house. This makes the sorority kind of cliquey, with lots of girls that don't know each other too well.

My opinion is a bit biased since I have a lot of good friends in the house, but I really like this house. There are definitely a few girls I've met at mixers who come off as weird/awkward, but for the most part they're very fun and sweet. Also, they seem to genuinely like each other. As for attractiveness, the most recent PC is very cute.
