You can argue any of the top three be number one. You can argue that KA can swap with Chi Psi. You can argue that Beta can swap with Phi Sig. You could probably argue that any of the lower ones could switch with one another. Doesn't matter. This is how the ranks are here and how it is seen.

And seeing how Pike and Kappa Sig are still doing, I'd put my money on the fact they come back with a strong enough presence to still be in the middle tier with the potential to move up over other fraternities in the lower bracket that are technically still chartered and such. Just my two cents.

Agree, only thing I would say is you hear way less about KA (strictly because they got into a lot of trouble and are currently under another membership review) and a lot more about Chi Psi and to an extent Pi Kapp this year. I don't want to bash KA because I know them and like them and if they could ever stay out of trouble they would be top tier but they've been kind of dormant as a whole this year.
