TOP: ADPi, Zeta, Tri Delt
Upper Mid: KD, AXO, Chi O
Lower Mid: Phi Mu, Kappa, maybe DZ if not lower
Bottom: AGD, Pi Phi, Gamma Phi

It makes the most sense to break each "tier" down into 3 sororities. That being said, KD is interchangeable between top and Upper Mid, as well as DZ almost being bottom. Putting Kappa/Phi Mu with AXO and Chi O is just too big of a difference in what you see after Chi O, which is why they need to start their own tier, even if they are noticeably better than DZ.

I'd say that zeta was upper mid and not top, they aren't nearly as prevalent as they've been in the past, and you're right, DZ isn't bottom bottom but it isn't on par with Phi Mu/Kappa
