KD likes to think they hang out with KA but DDD and ZTA hang out with them just as much if not more. SAE hangs out with DDD mostly but some ZTA and SNU hangs out with ZTA mostly and DDD some. SX and ADPI pretty much only hang out with eachother. The other sororities hang out with everyone

DDD and KD hang out with KA
KD hangs out with Snu too
SAE hangs with ZTA and DDD
Chi O hangs with SNu and KA and KS
Adpi hangs with SX and SAE
Phi Mu hangs with Pi Kapp SNu and SX
AChiO hangs with Chi Psi and KS
In case you aren't catching on, everyone hangs out with everyone. The fraternities and sororities all intermingle, it really all depends on how social you yourself are. The only fraternities/sororities that are primarily exclusive to the "top tier" attitude are DDD, KD, KA, and SAE. And the fraternities less so than the sororities.
