because unlike Pi phi, phi mu, agd, and every fraternity outside of sig chi, snu, ka, pi kapp, sae, and chipsi (and ATO and lxa) they have ACTUALLY BEEN HERE FOR MORE THAN 10 years.

shut up beta. you were here for 3 years in the 1800s and then you left for 200 + years... doesn't matter why. doesn't count as being here for more than 10 years.

Alpha gam is leasing Sig ep's house from them since they got screwed over by nationals a few years back and lost it. They're hoping to get it back in the next couple of years.
