For fraternities, are spring pledge classes usually bigger or smaller than fall? Also, when does it start?

The Balanced Man Program grants all members the same rights and privileges from day one, which is contrary to the idea of a two-tiered, pledging model. Because we recruit the best men year-round, we can grant them full responsibility as soon as they accept the invitation of membership.

Idk completely but from what I've heard, spring pcs are much smaller than fall and they're "rushed" a lot harder. As for when it starts, contact fraternity council.
