sorority comments

you can't really trust the rankings on this site. just about every rating is biased. the really high ratings are mainly girls self-ranking their own sorority, and the really low ratings are other girls trying to lower the ranking of another sorority. this site is absolute bs.

if you're going through rush do not take anything on this website seriously. the stereotypes are all bs, with pledge classes now at over 100 girls, each sorority is going to have a mix of different types of girls, go through rush with an open mind and you'll end up in the house you belong in. each house here has great groups of girls! also, just saying, it is not true that sororities are absolutely required to keep legacies

Yeah, right. Everything you just wrote is a lie and it is a part of the brainwashing crap you preach to our PNMs

rule out the sorority colonizing either! This is a wonderful opportunity for PNMs to explore as well and might be great for sophomores/ juniors who tend to have a more difficult time with recruitment.

you are no better than anyone...because you went greek. You're all for bigotry, just with half the junk. That system is for the south, by the south, of the south. Think about it -- the height of your adolescent intellect...and you still think anyone who's not white and rich is a freak. You don't? Then what did you go greek for? Tons of intelligent and tolerant people all around you just waiting to open your mind wherever you're from. You went greek just like these kids. And they only have the reputation of bigotry. At your school they say "yeah, anyone's welcome, just as long as you abandon who you are". That's a form of racism that cuts ALL people. At least racism only targets specific minorities.

As a member of Greek Life at USC, I do not believe in ranking the sororities. Everyone has a reason for why they joined the sorority that they did. There are great girls in every single sorority on campus. If you want to join a sorority solely for the social aspect and partying and getting guys to talk to you because you're in a "top sorority," you're in for a surprise because there is so much more to it than just that.

y'all going through rush and on this site, don't take anything you read on this seriously. all these posts are either girls posting about their own sororities or writing horrible things about other sororities to make theirs look better. i'm a member of a great sorority and have great friends in all different ones and we are all beyond happy and in the houses we belong in. go into rush with an open mind and you will end up happy!

I really hope that any girls going through recruitment are not basing their thoughts on sororities off this site. All that happens here are girls giving all 1's to all the sororities that aren't their own to make themselves look better. I have friends in 7 of the 10 sororities on campus and each one loves their organization. If y'all keep an open mind, you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be!

KD ladies are not classy and shouldn't be giving advice. They are only nice to each other and think too much of themselves.
