ato in october

So ATO's rush is in October and then they will do the Spring as well. Nationals is interviewing people, so is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Bad thing. I was pulling for ATO but RIP. If you want any hope, y'all need to get your awesome young alumni involved as much as humanly possible. Alumna who went out in the top tier are the best bet.
