As of now what is the consensus for the top three sororities?

Consensus is tough but a lot of people are thinking ADPi/ZTA then AXO now. Phi Mu's in the conversation of top tier too now (not top 3 but closer to the top 6 now).

But no one will ever agree 100%

for the most part except phi mu is not even close to top tier and won’t be for a long long time.
