Is it true that KD will like rub your legs second round?

to make sure that you shave your legs. it’s messed up and makes pnm’s uncomfortable

They don't check for that reason. Every KD chapter places their hands on your leg when you sit down. They are required to do it and it's not as superficial as checking if you shave. Though you SHOULD shave because it will reflect badly if you dont.

I HATE it when people touch me and it didn't bother me that much when I rushed... Actually I had a hard time picking whether to pref them or tridelt in addition to the house that I ended up in. It's more them placing their hands on your knee than anything else no rubbing. Just relax and you'll be fine :]
