bottom tier fraternities
by: oksomething to keep in mind for those of you rushing. I know we all say DTD, Beta, Phi Sig, Lambda Chi and all those are bottom tier. And while thats completely true, don't expect them to still give you a bid easily. This is a big greek life school, and theres tons of kids rushing. Don't just count on those as safety bids.

every SEC school does not by default have a better Greek system than every non-SEC school, and saying that every bottom tier chapter here is better than every fraternity at a large Big 12, ACC or even Big 10 or Pac 12 school is ridiculous.

agreed. top and middle tier (pi kapp, chi psi, ato) are 10,000 times closer than middle and bottom. night and day.

Bottom tier sororities are relevant. Bottom tier fraternities are extremely irrelevant.

Whoever "what"is thats not a very classy way to react. Ya Beta isn't great but come one Gamma Phi and AGD are not better than them. If they were they wouldn't have to get frats people don't know to do homecoming with them or mix with them. Beta and the other frats can...

The hypocrisy in this thread is comical. None of you can say for sure a beta posted that and then you do the same thing to them that you believe they said about gphi and agd. Talking bad about any organization for any reason is classless so everyone on this thread should take their own advice. USC has great Greek life and every chapter has it's positives and negatives, just because you don't like a chapter doesn't mean it's not the perfect fit for someone else.

not true. True for sororities, but not even close for fraternities. There are too many frats, and so many become irrelevant.
