fraternity tiers

Here is how i think the fraternities are lined up coming into this year
TOP TIER-
Upper- Sigma Chi, Kappa SIg
Mid-SAE, KA, SNU
This is where the gap is. The above are the top 5 frats and they can be interchanged a bit but this is how i see them. After them, there is a huge gap between the classiness and the reputation they have.
Middle TIer-
PIKE, PI Kap
Lower Mid-Chi Psi
Then comes the lower tier. These are the ones that have no reputation at all for alot of reasons.
Lower-
Beta, Phi Sig, DTD,

but i would also say that the gap between pi kapp and chi psi and the top is actually MUCH MUCH smaller than the gap between them and everyone else.

Agreed EXCEPT I might say pi kapp and chi psi are in a tier themselves just below top, then big gap, then pike in a tier by themselves.
I'm not a pike fan, but they are definitely not as good as pi kapp or chi psi, but DEFINITELY not as embarrassingly terrible as beta and the rest.
And betas not better than the other crappy fraternities, they are just so annoying and so unfortunately I have them drilled into my head.

Pi Kapp and Chi Psi are definitely way better than Pike.
And, I'd say Beta is actually better than the non-village fraternities (with the exception of Pike).
