I like this except:
Chi psi could prob move into upper middle just under pi kapp.
Beta should be "everyone else" - and the fact that they weren't put there makes me actually think that a beta did this in what they thought was a subtle attempt to self rank.
And I like what you did there with snu - kinda how I would treat adpi. They might be somehow considered the best but I don't like them or get it so I'm putting them lower.
But beta sucks.
